what you need
- 1 can (15 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed with water
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 bag veggie chips
make it
In large bowl combine corn, beans, onion, celery, peppers and cilantro.
In small container combine vinegar, olive oil and sugar. Pour dressing over vegetables.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve with veggie chips.
