Buttermilk Ranch Chicken

what you need
  • 1 large size bottle Kraft Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 6 or more pieces frozen skinless chicken breasts (tenderloins may be used which means you can use more)
make it
Pour Kraft Buttermilk Ranch Dressing in shallow bowl. Pour bread crumbs in another bowl. Dip frozen chicken in the bowl with the dressing and then into the bowl with the bread crumbs.

Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place battered chicken on it sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake at 375°F for 45 min or till done.
You can vary this recipe, sometimes you will have enough bread crumbs and dressing to do more chicken deepening on the size of the chicken you use. I have made this chicken dinner for everyone I know and no one has disliked it. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
