Queso Con Salsa with Ground Beef

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. loaf Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes any variety
make it
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain grease.

Melt cheese over low heat in a 2 quart sauce pan. Drain half of the juice from the Ro*Tel tomatoes and add to the melted cheese. Add the ground beef and mix well.

Serve with any kind of chips.
