Low Fat Smoked Turkey Dip

what you need
  • 8 oz. fat free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 pound sliced deli smoked turkey (not honey roasted)
  • 2/3 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves (separated from stems)
  • A few dashes of cayenne pepper
make it
Put the first 4 ingredients in a food processor. Cut up cream cheese if necessary. Pulse until well mixed and cilantro and nuts are minced.

Add one dash of cayenne and pulse to mix. Add another dash of cayenne and pulse.

If you wish to have a fiery dip, add more cayenne, otherwise, 2 generous dashes are enough. Serve with chips and crudite. Refrigerate leftovers for up to one week.
