Easy Banana Nut Bread

what you need
  • 1 1/3 cups mashed banana
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 2/3 cups pancake mix
  • 1/2 cups chopped nuts
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 loaf pans.

Stir banana, milk, oil, sugar, nuts, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add pancake mix.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
Notes
Once the breads are cool, wrap them in foil to freeze them.

They can be frozen up to 6 months. Great for bake sales.

You can substitute peanut butter for the chopped nuts.
