Makes: 6 servings, 1 cup per serving Total Time: 45 min
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Pasta Entrees

what you need
  • 3 medium size potatoes
  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 1 box Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
make it
First peel and dice the potatoes and boil them until they are soft. Then drain and set off to the side in a large bowl.

Then fry the ground meat and drain the grease and put the meat in the bowl with the potatoes.

Third thing to do is, cook the macaroni. Then drain and put it in with the meat and potatoes.
Add the butter, milk and cheese sauce and mix it all up.
I like to use the creamy Mac and Cheese instead of the powered cheese. But it taste just as good.

For bigger families, I would just add another pound of ground meat and another box of mac and cheese.

My family loves it when I make My Hamburger Helper. They cannot eat enough of it at the dinner table.
