Rice Casserole

what you need
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small or large onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped red and green bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 cup cooked rice
make it
Start by cooking the ground beef and get rid of grease.

Add onion and other ingredients. Cook until tender.

Slowly add cream of mushroom and add rice.

Put into a cast iron pan and put into oven at 350°F for 1 hour or until brown.
Notes
You may add mixed vegetables to the casserole. I add shredded zucchini and corn. Have fun.
