Zesty Parmesan Chicken Breasts with Potatoes

what you need
  • 1 lb. potatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning, divided
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Italian Dressing, divided
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 6 skinless split chicken breasts
make it
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange potato wedges on the bottom of a 13x9" pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning. Pour 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Dressing evenly over potatoes. Repeat with 1/4 cup of Kraft Parmesan Cheese.

Place chicken breasts over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining seasoning, dressing and parmesan cheese evenly over chicken.

Bake for one hour or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Rated  by ezimmerman08 on 10/29/2009 Everyone loved the chicken, however only me and my 9-year-old liked the potatoes. I probably didn't use the whole 1/2 cup Parmesan...maybe closer to 1/4 and I used the Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing because that is what I had on hand. I will defiantly make this again but with less potatoes since only 2 of us will be eating them.
