Notes
My daughter kept asking for "Chicken Poppa John". Dad makes a good Chicken Parmesan, and I figured that was what she meant, but it takes a long time to prepare, and is fried. I wanted something that fit in my busy schedule and had less fat. This is what I came up with. I serve it with a salad, pasta, and garlic bread.

Rated  by debbirat on 1/26/2005 I used spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce, and more of it. Also topped it with more cheese. This recipe is excellent, My kids love it too.
