Beef Burritos - Just Like the Restaurant Does

what you need
  • 1 or 2 pounds ground beef or ground chuck
  • 1 small onion
  • Mexican spices
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 package (10 count) large tortillas
  • 1 package Kraft Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
make it
First brown the meat alongside the onion. When the meat is done, add any Mexican spices that you wish.

Then take a spoonful of the refried beans and spread on a flat tortilla. Then add some of the beef filling, and then some cheese. Then roll this up one like the first till you have done the whole bag of tortillas.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Top the tortillas with enchilada sauce and some cheese. Place them in a baking pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, give or take. Enjoy.
You can also substitute the beef in this recipe for chicken. Also you can add black olives to the top as a garnish.
