what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Velveeta Cheese Slices
  • 1-2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
make it
Brown ground beef and drain all the fat, Then cook in the cabbage and the onion together.

When the cabbage is all soft and cooked, put the meat and cabbage mixture into a casserole dish (preferably rectangle). Lay cheese slices on top of the meat cabbage mixture. Then open the cans of crescent rolls and lay it on top of the cheese.

Bake following the temperature and time on the crescent roll can. Let sit and cool down for 15 minutes, and enjoy supper.
Notes
Velveeta Cheese works better than regular sliced cheese.

You could add more cabbage, depends on how much cabbage you want.

Rated  by Skwilie on 1/16/2005 This was a really good recipe. I made it as directed but next time I think I will try adding more meat and cabbage. I think it needed more filling other than that it was very good and flavorful
