Chicken Fajitas (Puerto Rican Way)

what you need
  • 3 lbs. boneless chicken
  • Season with Adobo (as you would like)
  • 2 cups Italian dressing
  • 2 cups Catalina dressing
  • 2 cups French dressing
  • 3 bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
  • 8 floured fajita tortillas
make it
Cut boneless chicken into strips. Place on skillet or pot and season with Adobo (just enough to give chicken flavor).

Once chicken strips are brown, add the 2 cups of each dressing. Once dressing looks orange let it simmer for 15 minutes. Cut bell peppers into strips and place into skillet or pot.

Once peppers are nice and cooked, get floured fajita tortillas and microwave tortillas for 10 seconds or till warm, then serve.
I have been doing this recipe since I was 11 years old when my grandmother past it down to me. I hope everyone enjoys it.

Rated  by shawnna83 on 2/8/2005 These were the best fajitas ever. The were so sweet & tangy at the same time & the only thing I hate about fajitas the taste of the totrtilla but with this you cant even taste it.
