Sugar-Free Fruit Dip

what you need
  • 1 bar Philadelphia Brand Light Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Breakstone's Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free raspberry jam
  • Sugar free sweetener (equal to 1 tsp. sugar)
  • Dash of powdered ginger
  • Fruits of choice
make it
Soften Philadelphia brand light sour cream at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Place in medium mixing bowl with Breakstone's light sour cream, Cool Whip lite, sugar-free raspberry jam, sweetener, and powdered ginger.

Mix with electric blender until all ingredients are well-blended. Let stand 5 minutes then serve with fresh fruits of choice.
You can also make this into a tasty spread for banana bread, graham crackers, etc... Simply substitute 1/3 cup drained, unsweetened, crushed pineapple for the raspberry jam and leave out the Cool Whip and ginger.
