Velveeta Spicy ‘n Meaty Cheese Dip

what you need
  • 1 lb. hot (spicy) breakfast sausage
  • 1 loaf (2 lb.) Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with diced chilies
  • Tortilla chips
make it
Pan fry sausage until cooked and drain fat. Dice Velveeta loaf into 1 in. cubes.

Combine Velveeta cubes and sausage in a crock-pot. Add green chilies and diced tomatoes (undrained) into crock-pot. Stir until well combined.

Turn heat to high. Heat for about 30 minutes, stir every 5 minutes, until all ingredients are well mixed and Velveeta is melted. Reduce heat to low (to keep dip warm). Serve in bowl with favorite tortilla chip to dip with. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra hot, use "extra hot" diced tomatoes with diced chilies.
