Low Carb French Vanilla Coffee

what you need
  • 1 tsp. instant decaf or regular coffee
  • 1 tsp. (or more to taste) sugar substitute
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft French Vanilla Cool Whip
  • 1 cup very hot water (microwaved or heated on stove top)
make it
Put instant coffee and sugar substitute and Cool Whip in a mug.

Pour heated water into the cup and stir.
This is a great substitue for the higher carb coffees I like. The Cool Whip becomes very creamy when stirred.

You may vary this recipe depending on the type of diet you are on. For instance, you may wish to use the fat-free of low-fat Cool Whip instead if you are on a low-fat diet.
