Nana's Potato Chip Cookies

what you need
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp, vanilla
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (crushed then measured)
  • 2 cups flour
make it
Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add chips; stir in flour.

Form into balls (smaller than a walnut). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes.

Rated  by bjequilts on 12/15/2005 I have been making these for years.. The kids love them. And great for parties. We also add 1/2 cup of crushed nuts.
