Crunchy Krafty Casserole

what you need
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 boxes Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, divided
  • 1 small bag potato chips
make it
Brown ground beef and drain. Add the mushroom soup and one of the envelopes of Kraft Cheese. Mix well and simmer over low heat.

Meanwhile boil the macaroni until done. Drain and mix with the mushroom sauce. Put into buttered casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips and sprinkle the other cheese package over chips.

Bake at 350°F till heated thru about 30 minutes.
This is a recipe that my mom has made for over thirty years. It's great served with tube biscuits. Hope you like it.
