what you need
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/8 cup vanilla
make it
Combine flour, brown sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.

Then, combine eggs, milk, oil and vanilla in bowl. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients.

Cook on hot oil grill or frying pan.

Rated  by mynewrecipes on 9/20/2005 Light and fluffy! I exchanged 1 c. wheat flour for white, threw in a handful of oatmeal. Served w/ syrup or a little PB w/ sliced bananas and a drizzle of syrup. Delicious! I made a bunch to freeze for my kids' breakfast.
