Potatoes Au Gratin & Pork Chops

what you need
  • Bread crumbs
  • 6 thick cut pork chops
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1/2 soup can of milk
  • 1/2-2 cups Kraft Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 5 lb. bag red potatoes, sliced
make it
Bread and fry pork chops. Set aside.

Place cream of onion soup, milk and Kraft Velveeta cheese in a saucepan. Warm until cheese is melted.

In a 13x9x2 pan, place sliced potatoes in bottom of pan. Pour soup and cheese mixture over potatoes. Arrange pork chops on top.

Cover with foil paper and bake for 1-1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
Notes
This is a ONE PAN MEAL!

Rated  by wullbrandt on 7/11/2012 It was delicious but the cheese sauce curdled after cooking. It was smooth going in, but looked like cottage cheese coming out. Anyone else have this problem? Everyone ate it anyway.
