what you need
  • 3 or 4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 3 cans (4 oz. each) Kraft Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft Grated Cheese
make it
Brown ground beef in deep skilet. While beef is browning, start noodles to boiling.

When beef is done browning, drain. Then add Kraft Tomato Sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic. Then stir in beef put on simmer.

Chop your onion, red and green bell peppers and add to your meat sauce. Turn the heat up to low, and cook about 25 minutes. Drain noodles. Add meat sauce, stir in cheese, and serve.

Rated  by kathyv1 on 1/30/2013 Very good goulash. I tweaked it a little, put in 2 15 cans of tomato sauce and a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes. These were each flavored sauces and tomatoes.i sautéed the onions , garlic, green and red peppers for a bit with the beef. It is very much like the goulash my mom used to make...yum!
