Paula's Hamburger Stroganoff

what you need
  • 1 small white onion, chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton (8 ounce.) sour cream
make it
In frying pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef.

To the ground beef, add the garlic salt, pepper and worchestshire. Cook the meat till it is well done (you will see little crispy pieces of meat on the bottom of the pan).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, and mix well. Stir in the soup mixture until it is well incorporated into the ground beef. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles or white rice.
