Loaded Tater Tot Casserole

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef or venison
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 lb. bag frozen tater tots
  • 12 slices Kraft Velveeta Cheese
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 13 x 9 pan.

Brown ground beef in skillet. While cooking, mix soup, milk, onion, and sour cream in bowl. Melt butter and add corn flakes.

First layer in pan tater tots, then soup mixture, ground beef, cheese slices, and finally corn flakes.

Put in oven uncovered for 1 hour.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Rated  by dawkinsfamily2 on 11/15/2008 We made this recipe with venison and the family loved it! They couldn't tell the difference between it and beef. Most went back for seconds and a couple for thirds. It was even a hit with the 1 & 2 year olds as well. Thanks!!
