Mouth Watering Meatloaf

Makes: 8-10 servings Total Time: 1 hr 30 min

what you need
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 packages crackers, crushed
  • Honey mustard to taste
  • Ketchup to taste
make it
In a large bowl mix ground beef and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Better if mixed with hands.

When all mixed put mixture into a loaf pan and cook at 375 until brown (about 45 minutes to and hour). May have to check the middle with a knife.

5 minutes before taking out of oven, put ketchup to taste on top of meatloaf. Cook for 5 minutes, take out and serve.
Notes
Don't forget to wash your hands before and after mixing the ingredients.

Rated  by yatesamy1 on 7/5/2005 This recipe was easy. I had to cut the recipe in half because it's just the two of us. I made my husband a meatloaf sandwich with the leftovers and he loved it. I will defiantly keep this one in my recipe box.
