Pumpkin-Cheese Cake Oatmeal

what you need
  • 1 envelope instant oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3/4 cup water or milk
make it
Combine all ingredients and microwave on high for two minutes. Stir halfway through.

Rated  by luce7hstarr25 on 10/21/2008 This was alright for me. 3/4 cup of water was a little too much for my packet of oatmeal. It ended up jucier than I normally eat it. The flavor was pretty good though.
