what you need
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix (I use cornbread stuffing)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) Kraft Cubed Velveeta Cheese
make it
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Mix the ground beef, dry Stove Top Stuffing and stuffing mix packet, salt, pepper, egg, milk and onion together.

3. Shape into a meatloaf and pack down into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

4 Making small holes with your finger throughout the meatloaf, every inch or so, stick one piece of Kraft Cubed Velveeta into the holes.

5. Run your hand over the top of the meatloaf to seal the holes of cheese. Bake the meatloaf at 350 for approx. 45 minutes.
