Mouth-Watering Tender Cajun Turkey

what you need
  • 20 lb. turkey (approx.)
  • 3 bottles A.1. New Orleans Cajun Flavored Marinade
  • 1 oven cooking bag
make it
Thaw (if frozen) and clean turkey. Pour 2 bottles of marinade in cavity of bird and "massage" into meat. Place bird in oven bag, and pour remaining bottle of marinade over outside of bird, rubbing marinade on all exposed skin.

Seal oven bag with tie and place bird in refrigerator for 24 - 36 hours, turning at least every 8 hours. Right before baking, pour off majority of marinade.

Follow instructions from cooking bag as to oven temperature and time required to cook bird thoroughly, based on size of bird.
Notes
Turkey skin will appear blackened upon completion because of marinade ingredients, but meat is tremendously succulent, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and will be enjoyed by all!
