Angel Food Pumpkin Bundt Cake

what you need
  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 1/2 can water (use pumpkin can)
  • Pumpkin pie spices to taste
  • 1 tub Kraft French Vanilla Cool Whip, thawed
make it
Combine dry angel food cake mix, pumpkin, water, and spices in electric mixer bowl. Beat until well blended.

Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake according to packaged cake mix directions.

Remove from oven and let stand 15-20 minutes. Invert on to wire rack and cool completely. Serve with the French Vanilla Cool Whip.
Try adding 1 cup corsley chopped pecans. Our family loves pumpkin and spice so this was a real hit. So easy to prepare. Reminded us of carrot cake so next time I make this I think I'll try 1/2 cup grated carrots and some well drained pineapple and the pecans. How easy can it get!
