what you need
  • 3 lb. ground Beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 slices bread (for bread crumbs)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft Mustard
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash. Season to taste
  • Mashed potatoes:

  • Stick of margarine

  • Deli style bacon
  • 2 cups Kraft Mild Cheddar Cheese
make it
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, seasonings, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar; mix together well. Place meat in baking dish and shape it. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and a half.

While meat is baking make mashed potatoes and set aside. Take 4 slices of bacon and cut it in half. Cook bacon until done and set a side. Grate up 2 cups of cheese and set a side.

Take meatloaf out and drain all fat off. Cover the entire meatloaf with potatoes. Cover the potatoes with cheese. Lay the cooked bacon across the top of the cheese. Place in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Let the meatloaf set for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy.
