Quick Low-Cal Spicy Chicken Breasts

what you need
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup picante sauce (as spicy as you like)
make it
Preheat non-stick skillet and spray with cooking oil.

Place chicken breasts in skillet to sear. Turn chicken after 5 minutes and sear the other side.

Pour picante sauce over chicken and simmer for approx 15 minutes, until done.
Notes
Goes great with baked potato and salad for a low-cal meal.
