South Beach Cheesy Crock-Pot Chicken

what you need
  • 4-6 skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • Frozen broccoli, thawed
make it
Place chicken in greased crock-pot. Pour soup on top.

Cover and turn on high for 4-6 hours.

Serve on thawed broccoli.
Simple, yummy and easy. Kids love it. I serve with a green salad. Leftovers are yummy too.

You can serve over rice or noodles, good with baby carrots if you are not on South Beach diet.

You can use skinless chicken strips as well -- half cook time.
