Makes: 4 servings Total Time: 1 hr
Category: Side Dishes Sub Category: Vegetable Side Dishes

what you need
  • 4 small zucchini, sliced (as thick or thin as you like)
  • 4-8 oz. Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Salad Dressing
  • 1 Ziploc
make it
Put zucchini slices in Ziploc bag and pour salad dressing over the top, then seal. Marinate for 15 minutes, turn and marinate 15 more. You can marinate as long as you like, but I would not leave it in longer than 24 hours.

Preheat your grill; take the entire bag out to the grill. Take the zucchini from the bag to the grill, brush the zucchini with the dressing.

Cook 4 minutes, turn, brush again, and cook additional 4 minutes. You may want to cook longer if your slices are thick, less if they are thin.
You can use a bowl, or anything that will let the zucchini be covered by the dressing that can be sealed and will not spill.

If you are cooking hamburger and/ or hot dogs after they are cooked all the way through you can brush some of the dressing on them also for a little extra hint of flavor...JUST BE SURE THE MEAT IS COOKED BEFORE BRUSHING THE DRESSING ON!!! I brush it on after cooking and put it in the back, so not to burn it.

Your zucchini can be eaten raw, so you are just looking for texture, cook less if you like crisp veggies, longer if you like them a little softer.
