Makes: 6 servings Total Time: 4 hr 25 min
Category: Desserts Sub Category: Cheesecakes

what you need
  • 4 boxes Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 lg. eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Graham cracker crust pie shell
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
make it
Put cream cheese in room temperature to get soft. Put in a bowl and beat until blended well.

Slowly mix the 1 cup of sugar in cream cheese until smooth. Add egg whites, eggs, 1 Tbsp. vanilla and lemon juice. Beat for 5 minutes-DO NOT OVERBEAT. Pour in crust.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Leave oven on. Take out cheesecake and let cool for 10 minutes. While cooling mix together sour cream, 1 Tbsp. sugar, and 2 tsp. vanilla extract. Pour on top of cheesecake and bake for 10 minutes. Put in refrigerator overnight.
Notes
After you put the last mixture on top cheesecake, you may want to check it before the ten minutes is up. It may not take that much time depending on your oven.
