Linny's Meatloaf

what you need
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (4 oz.) tomato sauce (I prefer garlic & herb flavored)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large or 2 small cloves garlic, chopped very fine
  • 10 saltines (unsalted tops), crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Parm Plus Garlic Herb
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
make it
Mix all ingredients (except ketchup) in large bowl.

Place in meatloaf pan (bread pan) and pat down so meat is even. Poke holes using fingertips or end of wooden spoon. Cover top with the ketchup.

Place in preheated 375 degree oven cook for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, then enjoy!
You can also use Kraft Parm Plus Zesty Red Pepper, my husband enjoys the kick it gives his meatloaf.
