what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
make it
Brown the meat and onions together, drain the fat. Stir in the mushroom pieces, mushroom soup and water.

Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Stir in sour cream, heat through (not boil). Serve over egg noodles.
