Sweet & Sour Pork with Rice

what you need
  • 12 oz. boneless lean pork, bite size
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • Garlic pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP FREE Dressing, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. green & red pepper flakes
  • 8 fl. oz (1 cup) orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups MINUTE Premium Brown Rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges (in juice)
  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks (in juice)
make it
Season pork with ginger & garlic pepper; Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork and minced garlic; cook and stir 7 min. or until pork is cooked through.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir remaining ingredients into skillet; bring to boil.

Remove from heat; Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
