what you need
  • 2 chopped cloves garlic
  • 1 small sweet onion (approx. 2 cups coarsely chopped)
  • 6-8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce, Mesquite or Hickory Smoked
  • 1/2 cup Sprite or lemon lime soda
  • Sea salt/pepper pinch to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
make it
Chop spices (garlic and onions coarsely, chunks).

Put all together in crock-pot.

Cook for 4 hours on High.
You can substitute 1 1/2 lb. of pork, cubed or boneless chicken, but I prefer thighs. It will fall off the bone it is so tasty and tender.
