Yummy Low Fat Tortilla Pizza

what you need
  • 1 - 10" flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Free Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 1 oz. Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Honey Ham
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed or tidbit pineapple

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place tortilla on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spread with pizza sauce within 1/2" of tortilla edge. Sprinkle evenly with half of the shredded cheese. Top with ham and pineapple. Sprinkle with remainder of cheese.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until tortilla is crispy and cheese is melted.
I am on a fat-restricted diet for health reasons, and I love to indulge in this healthy pizza treat. It's a terrific light lunch or hearty snack, and it's a great way to let kids get involved in cooking. If you don't like Hawaiian pizza toppings, try turkey pepperoni, chopped veggies, or your favorite toppings.
