Ann's Banana Bread

what you need
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas, mashed
  • 2/3 cup crushed walnuts
make it
Mix all ingredients (except bananas and walnuts) in large mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas. Mix all and fold in crushed walnuts.

Spray baking loaf pan with Pam and sprinkle with flour. This will help keep the bread from sticking to pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
