Super Easy Chicken and Rice

what you need
  • 1 package chicken patties
  • 2 bags boil in bag white rice or 2 cups rice
  • 1 family size or 2 regular size cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk (or water)
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small can mushrooms (or as much as you want)
make it
Set oven to temperature on back of chicken patty package. Remove chicken patties from package and defrost. Cut the patties into 1 inch chunks or pieces then stick them in the oven for 10 minutes or until crispy.

While chicken is cooking, prepare and cook rice as directed on box. When chicken is done, remove from oven and set aside.

Get a medium to large pan and add the soup, milk or water (milk makes it creamier), Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Gently boil till thickness you like. Add chicken to mixture. Put cooked rice on a plate and top with chicken mushroom sauce. Mmmm - enjoy!
If you like garlic cut up a clove, or sprinkle in a little garlic salt to spritz it up :)
