Jake's White Chocolate and Caramel Cookies

what you need
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cups shortening
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine brown sugar with shortening, milk and vanilla. Beat till creamy. Add egg and beat well. Mix in flour, salt, and baking soda till blended. Stir in chips and bits.

Drop by rounded tablespoons on greased cookie sheet, about 3 inches apart.

Bake about 10-12 minutes. Cool 3 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
