Bev's Meatloaf

what you need
  • Meatloaf:
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 splash milk (1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 slice whole grain bread (crumbs)
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
make it
Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. Shape into loaf and place in loaf type pan.

Bake 350 degrees F for 1 hr. Pour off grease accumulated at the bottom of the pan.

Mix sauce ingredients together and ladle on top of the meatloaf. Bake another 20 minutes.
This recipe turned out excellent.
