Shrimp and Bacon Alfredo

what you need
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 pound pre-cooked bacon, cut in 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 pound cocktail shrimp
  • 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 2 jars Alfredo sauce
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
make it
Fry bacon in olive oil until crisp. Add onion and shrimp, cook until onions are clear.

Add cooked spaghetti, Alfredo sauce and mushrooms. Heat through.

Top with mozzarella, parmesan and parsley.
