Chicken Swedish Meatballs

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground white meat ground chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • Egg beaters equivalent to 2 eggs
  • Salt, pepper and Montreal grill seasoning about a palm full
  • No Yolks Egg Noodles
  • 1 jar fat free turkey gravy
  • 1 can Campbell’s Reduced Fat Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 carton fat free sour cream
make it
Mix chicken, cheese, bread crumbs, egg beaters and spices and form into small balls.

Coat a non stick fry pan with cooking spray and brown the meatballs. Then reduce heat and cover, cook about 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turn often.

Cook noodles, drain, and plate on serving plate and add meatballs. Mix together turkey gravy, soup and sour cream. Heat the sauce till bubbly and cover the entire entree.
Very low fat, fast and very tasty.
