what you need
  • 1/2 bag wide egg noodles
  • 2 cans (6 oz.) salmon
  • 1 lg can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lg onion, diced
  • 1/2 bag frozen peas
  • 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
make it
Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs.

Place in 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake for 25-30 minutes uncovered at 350°F.
