Peppermint Crunch Cupcakes

what you need
  • 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
  • 1 container white frosting
  • Eggs, oil, and water (according to pkg. directions)
make it
Preheat oven according to cake mix directions. Line cupcake pan with paper baking cups and spray with cooking spray. Prepare the cake mix as directed on package, stir in 1 cup of the baking chips.

Divide batter evenly into lined cups.

Bake according to package directions. Cool completely. Frost each cupcake with 1 Tbsp. of frosting and sprinkle with remaining chips.
