Pineapple Pistachio Pie

what you need
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Pudding
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Topping, thawed
  • 1 baked pastry shell (9-inch) ready to use
  • Optional: Green Food coloring/decorating bag
make it
Mix pistachio pudding with the crushed pineapple until well disolved. Add 2 cups of Cool Whip Topping and stir slightly to incorporate.

Spoon into ready baked crust.

Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Optional: Mix remaining Cool Whip Topping with 1-2 drops of food coloring and fill a decorating bag with a decorating tip. Pipe topping around top edge of pie.
