Roy's Oven Baked Bar-b-que Country Ribs

what you need
  • 1 lb. boneless country ribs
  • 1 pkg. herb or mesquite marinade
  • 4 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup bar-b-que sauce
make it
Wash ribs & place in covered dish. Mix marinade, Liquid Smoke & minced garlic in a bowl. Cover ribs with marinade mix, cover & place in refrigerator overnight.

Cover bottom of oven broiler with aluminum foil to catch drippings & for easy clean-up. Place marinated ribs on oven broiler rack.

Cook in 350 degrees F oven for 1 1/2 hours, turning every 20 minutes. Add Bar-b-que sauce during last 20 minutes of baking. Add additional Bar-b-que sauce as desired.
Notes
Country ribs will be tender and spicy. Serve with baked potato & green beans, or coleslaw.
