Ginger and Chips Cheesecake Bars

what you need
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups gingersnaps crumbs
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar (1/4 & 1/2), divided
  • 1 2/3 cups milk chocolate, peanut butter and butterscotch chips, divided
  • 2 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 4 lg. eggs
make it
Preheat 325°F. Combine crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Remove 1 cup for topping. Press remaining onto bottom of 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mixed morsels over crust.

Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, flour and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat till smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining morsels, topping crumbs, and remaining morsels.

Bake 25-30 min. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
Notes
This is a very easy cheesecake to make that you don't have to mess with springform pans.

Out of all the cheesecakes I have made this is my husband and my Wednesday nite church supper group favorite.
