Low Sugar Key Lime Pie

what you need
  • 1 package (1/16 ounce) sugar-free lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 containers (6 ounce each) key lime pie yogurt
  • 1 container (8 ounce) fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
make it
1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt with wire whisk. Fold in whipped topping with wooden spoon.

2. Spread in crust.

3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Rated  by a cook on 3/5/2009 This was great! If you use fat free yogurt, it is only 3 weight watchers points per slice. Will definitly use this again.
