Crock-Pot Hash Brown Loaded Potato Soup

what you need
  • 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 - 12 oz. sour cream
  • 2 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 med. chopped onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Milk & water (to desired level for soup)
make it
Mix all ingredients together in a 3 1/2 to 5 quart crock-pot/slow cooker.

Turn on High and let cook for approximately 6 hours.
